Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We will, however, offer to replace items that are damaged. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com. We will replace any damaged item/s ( excluding limited editions, as they may not be available), provided they are reported with photos and within 48 hours of order delivery.
Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take clear photos of the damage upon receiving (before unpacking).
If you are not 100% happy with your product/s, please reach out and we will do our best to work it out. We will offer store credit, of the product cost, towards another purchase.
It is important that you read all the ingredients and know your allergies. Test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hours. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use of the product. Email us with concerns, firstname.lastname@example.org
